Trey was born June 20, 2005 and came into rescue
when his family could no longer care for him. He's a
confident, quiet little guy who just wants to be with
his people.

Trey ignores other dogs but doesn't dislike them.
He's just a "people dog" and will lay at your feet or
jump in your lap to be petted. If you have another dog
who would ignore Trey, he'd be fine with that.

Trey's left rear leg is deformed and is shorter than
his other legs, but it doesn't slow him down. He can
run and jump just like any other dog (when he wants
to). Trey isn't fond of being crated, as it's a new
experience for him. He primarily lived outdoors and
seems to enjoy being in a home. He's learning about
screen doors, glass doors and mirrors. He really
likes to see himself in the mirror.

Although Trey hasn't been in foster very long, he
appears to be housetrained. If you're looking for a
dog who wants nothing more than to adore you and
be with you all the time, this could be your guy. He's
very sweet and is learning to walk on a leash. When
he gets excited about getting a treat, he'll sit back
on his haunches, grin at you and play pattycake in
the air.

Trey is looking for an adult home, or a family with
older children. He would be especially happy if you
were home a lot and would take him for car rides.

Toby is a 1 year old, male, bundle of love.
He was dumped at a pound because the
other two dogs in his home would beat
up on him. Instead of disciplining the
other dogs, the owners decided to take
Toby to the pound. We are very thankful
the people at the pound contacted us to
take him. Despite being rejected from his
family, Toby is a happy boy, who loves to
play fetch and go for walks. No one is a
stranger to Toby; he thinks everyone is

If you are looking for a wonderful gal that will fill your life with
love AND do the laundry, then you are at the right place.
Bubbles loves to help out with the laundry. She will help pull all
the clothes out of the dryer, and then she will take each article
of clothing, piece by piece, over to her bed to fold. She is still
trying to master the folding thing, and since it is difficult for
her, she normally ends up falling asleep.  When she is not
helping around the house, she wants nothing more than to
snuggle up close on the couch. But her favorite time of day is
bedtime, she is first in line to pick put her favorite spot on the
bed. Bubbles is improving on her potty training and rarely has

If you are looking for a handsome dude that wants to spend
his days cuddling in your lap, then this is your boy!! BB is a
three year old, male Chihuahua, who is one little sweetie. He
would love to spend his days cuddling with his forever Mama
and once in a while play with his brother or sister. BB is on
the shy side when he firsts meets you, but after a little bit, he
is right up in your lap. BB is around 10lbs, is neutered, Heart
worm tested and received all his vaccinations. He is also
doing great on his potty training and he gets along wonderful

APPROX DOB 11/18/06.  Piccolo is a 7 lb Yorkie/poodle (probably) mix.  He was found as a stray which is unbelievable
because he is such a sweet, happy little man.  Piccolo loves people and his favorite places are in your lap or snuggling
under the covers at night..  He also loves walks, toys and wrestling with the other dogs in his foster home.  Piccolo will
need regular grooming - he has thick, black wavy hair on his body but the hair on his legs stays short. Piccolo is also a
good passenger in his dog seat belt. One thing he DOES NOT tolerate is being in a crate and will squeal until he is
released. PIccolo did get upset when the vet took a blood sample and trimmed his nails but nothing out of the ordinary
for such a new experience.  He still has his back dew claws but the vet said they didn't seem to get in his way.  He is
working on his pee-pad training but will go outside - he does need a securely fenced yard. Piccolo loves adults but has
not been around children.  However, he learns quickly and is such a well-socialized little guy he would probably do well
with children over the age of 10.  Piccolo needs doggie companionship and must have another dog in the family of
similar size.
