Can You Be a Foster Home?

The Bluegrass Shih Tzu Rescue is in need of Foster Homes
in Kentucky and Tennessee.
A Foster Home is a temporary home for the rescue dog.
During the fostering period our volunteers open up their hearts
and homes to help care for the Shih Tzu until they can be placed
in the safe and loving home that they all deserve.

While in foster care the Shih Tzu is assessed and observed
for healthconditions, medical needs, behavior and personality traits,
and of course given tons and tons of love.
This assessment allows us to find the perfect match for a new home.
Also, during the foster period, all Shih Tzu are spayed or neutered.

that can open up your heart andhome to a orphan shih tzu
and prepare it for a loving "forever" home,
